The "Soul"

This is a story of two souls 'So' and 'Ul' who met each other centuries ago. One of them came to other’s home after hearing lot about him. Initially they had lots of conflicts between them. Both were of opposite natures. Their lifestyles were different. Even they believed in different forms of God. Those conflicts led to the closeness between the two and eventually they got married. They named their family ‘Soul’. For centuries they lived happily, shared thoughts between them, produced their children and believed in each other. They got mixed up together so cohesively that it was hard to find the difference between them. Both of them adopted each other’s lifestyle so easily as there was no difference between them. This was an ideal family for many of their neighbours and even families living in the different cities. There neighbours were jealous on them.

Then came a day when some of their neighbours came to their home as guests and confiscated major parts of their home. Confiscators even tried to divide them. But divorce was not easy. They fought together against the confiscators and drove them away from their. For this struggle they paid a price by many lives and parting with some portion of their home. But the confiscators were successful in doing one thing. They were successful in sowing the seeds of distrust between So and Ul and theirs Souls. They could not get divorce as they have to show their society that they are living happily together. But internally hatred grew between So and Ul. Even the so called Guardians of So and Ul do the work of ‘putting oil in the fire’. Many times they fought on different occasions. Sometimes this grew too vigorous that many innocent children died.

When a couple has nihilism between them, children are the most affected. Same is the case here. In their home many of their children are crying with hunger and impoverishment. Their neighbours are becoming prosperous by supplying matches to burn the home. Many of their children don’t have books to study, any work to do. In contrast to it their neighbours are working hard day and night and becoming rich. But all these facts do not deter So and Ul to not to fight. Their only concern is how to outclass other. For this they take God as the medium. The difference of belief on God is the weapon of the conflicts. The agnosticism is too deep that the children who don’t have any work to are employed for this. The so called Guardians, instead of curbing all these, encourage it. The Soul is getting affected by al these. The family is getting ruined. If this continues then a say will definitely come when there will be a divorce between So and Ul and the Soul will die.

The "Right" Corridor

When I went inside through the gate I found myself surrounded by big hedge bushes and big stones carved into faces which depicted different human feelings. In the moonlight those faces were not very clear. Those were on either side of the path which led to the palace. The path was made of stones embedded in the soil like ancient days. The palace’s was glowing and it was the only source of direction apart from the moonlight which led me towards it. As I moved ahead I found a parallel road on which creatures of various species were going in the opposite way as mine. I went on. The palace was appearing nearer. As I came close I found that the various creatures were coming from the darker side of the palace. I could notice silhouette emerging from the dark region. The heads of those creatures of were down and they moved slowly and quietly. A feeling of sadness was there on their faces. I couldn’t resist my inquisitiveness and tried asking them who they are and why they are sad.
When I asked them, they didn’t hear me. I pointed to some but they didn’t even see towards me. Unaffected by my call, they kept on moving. Since they were not listening to me, I thought moving ahead. After walking few miles I finally reached the entrance of the palace. The gatekeeper asked my name. I told my name as he checked that in his big book. After confirming my name he asked me to go in. I went in the long corridor. It ended at a huge hall where lots of different creatures were waiting for there turn to go to the ‘Decider’ behind whom there were two corridors. I reported to the manager before taking my seat. He checked my reporting time. I was one hour late. He asked me why was I late. I said him that I was late because my family didn’t want me to go. In the goodbye bidding ceremonies I became late. He recorded that on a paper and passed to someone who took that paper to the ‘Decider’s’ assistant. I took my seat and waited for my turn. I noticed that people going to the right corridor were very ecstatic and in the contrast, people going to the left were very sad. I was not allowed to talk to anyone else there. After a long time, finally my turn came I went to the Decider. He checked my log and processed it on his calculating device. The output came as ‘0’. Zero meant that it’s an indecisive stage. I neither belonged to the left or right path. But then the assistant passed the sheet of my late arrival to the Decider and it made my count to -1. The verdict – I had to go to the left path. I had to go to a path which had lots of sorrows and torments. After the months of tortures, I was finally converted to a dog and made me to return by that other parallel path which I saw while coming.

Now I am a Dog. I returned back to my home to serve and get that ‘right’ corridor this time.

Light...

Your element is Light, Innocent, beautiful, kind-hearted and pure. You are so sweet you’re almost angelic, you find joy in others happiness and cannot stand to see anyone in pain. You want to make everyone around you feel good about them and if someone is upset you can tend to become rather upset as well which means you are sympathetic and raise others above yourself. Being as kind and good-natured as you are people has most likely hurt you in the past but you pick yourself up every time. You may look fragile but you are stronger than most tend to see. Life is beautiful no matter how you look at it and you understand that people make mistakes, not everyone is perfect. You try to see the good in the bad which is a talent few posses, don’t ever let anyone change you. You truly have a beautiful soul inside and a heart of gold.
